It's the morning after the massacre.
To those walking around the Osten district, it might seem like the streets are normal. Until they run across the trail of blood, leading all the way to the Coin Wash Laundromat. If they continue to follow that path, they'll find a rather large puddle of blood, as well as a pretty gory-looking Billy, incredibly out of it, in front of the building. He's leaning against the wall, breathing shallowly, trying to get his tablet to do what he wants it to do.
It's hard when his fingers are not working correctly. He's light-headed, dizzy, and not even thinking straight, so when he finally clicks on the visual function, he makes a small noise of triumph.
"H-hey. Th-this is Billy, and I, uh, could use some help. Kind of bleeding here. A lot." So you know, if you wanted to help.
