Bruce holds up a hand as if saying that's fine, no details required; it's less about not wanting to inconvenience Hermes somehow but more just genuinely not wanting to know. This is all a bit out of Bruce's realm of experience, and it's annoying. He does not have issues with higher powers and religion that some people here do (present company included), but it's something he's avoided all the same. What the fuck is a man like him going to do with faith, with belief, even with proof?
