Vala's stab wound in her shoulder had been seen to while she was still unconscious from the zat blast, then she'd been heavily sedated for the pain both for that and the bruising and injuries Buffy had managed to deal her, and to stop Qetesh doing any more damage to Vala, presumably. Then they'd brought her here to a secure holding cell, like the ones at Stargate Command, in the Holodeck and left her under constant surveillance, presumably while they worked out what to do. She's got no tablet, they took that off her, so none of this is being broadcast, beyond the surveillance that's been set up.
She has no idea how long she's been out when she wakes in the empty cell, she remembers coming round though at some point, still hazy and yelling demands and attempting to bargain her way out, but she doesn't remember how that ended or how she'd blacked out again. Had they re-sedated her? It didn't really matter though. She could remember everything else she'd done previously, or rather what Qetesh had done. The pain in her shoulder rips through her as she shifts and collapses back again with a groan.
She doesn't call out, or alert anyone to the fact it's over, that Qetesh is gone. She simply lies there and closes her eyes again. If Taxon can do this to her, give her up to Qetesh at its will, then who's to say she wouldn't return at any moment. Besides, she really doesn't want to see anyone right now anyway, not after what she's done. There's at least one man dead at her hands, maybe two, not to mention the injuries she's dealt out. She doesn't want to face anybody. Behind closed lids, the sting of her tears well up and she swallows hard. She's best where she is, hidden from everyone that won't understand, the people hellbent on revenge for Qetesh's actions. Qetesh, who could reappear at any moment, apparently. And that scares Vala more than anything.
