"Having one sun isn't that weird," said DG, because for most of her life she'd considered that to be the norm and some habits were hard to break. But she didn't have the chance - or the inclination - to add anything else, because Glitch had rounded the corner and the expression of confusion she'd been wearing since her arrival, more or less, was replaced by a smile.

"Glitch!" she exclaimed, with a laugh of delight that was mingled with relief and culminated in her wrapping her arms around her friend as soon as she'd closed the gap between them.
