And that was Vala's subtle way of publicising there might be a repeat performance, who's to say? Clearly events here were as unpredictable as the melée of endless arrivals.

As grateful as she'd be for Charlotte's intention to play down the affair, her social etiquette skills aren't so well versed as to return the favour. Besides, it's a convenient subject change. "And they say our childhood should be the time of our lives, at least I think that's what they say."
