Sam grabs the bandages and hands them to Rose, glancing over the Doctor's wounds as he does.

"Yeah...letting someone look at that is for the best." It's obviously punctured internal organs. Provided all his internal organs are in the same place. He steps back then. He doesn't really have a purpose here but he's not leaving until Tara does.
