Well well well. Arthur's eyebrows shoot up at that, in a surprised fashion. He's used to being spoken to like that by Morgana, but it's quite a different thing to get it from Gwen. He's not sure whether he feels affronted or impressed. He respects her enough not to pull rank on her, however.
