It's weird to hear him talk about this. It's no secret that when it comes to the tug of war that is Wes and Gunn on Fred, Cordelia's very firmly on the Englishman's side. Not that she has anything against Gunn, as she loves him almost the same as she does Wesley, but when it comes to Fred? She just can't see her with anyone else but Wesley.

That doesn't mean she doesn't care about Gunn's feelings, though. Far from it. "Well... not like she and Wes are married, Gunn. Maybe you still have a chance?"
