The Doctor's face loomed in close to the screen as he tried to see if there was someone there or not, drawing back once he noticed the little icon that just stated 'voice'.

"Do I look like most people to you?" he asked, tilting his head slightly. He didn't wait long for an answer before continuing. "Never really seen much point standing around complaining or worrying about things. Much better at jumping in and seeing how I go..."

He smiled faintly at what he could see of the city via the windows he was standing in front of, then his gaze dropped back to the device. "Do you have a name? I'm the Doctor."
