The Doctor paused guiltily in the act of pulling on his shirt again, eyeing the bathroom door. Martha was right; he needed to have his back looked at, but Jenny could also decide to come in and see him personally, which would raise some rather uncomfortable and difficult to avoid questions.

In the end he settled for pulling the shirt on but leaving the front open so he could remove it again later, once he knew what Jenny was going to do.
