He stroked her hair lightly as she slept. It felt good having a warm body next to him, holding him. Spencer didn't have a girlfriend back home, but he still missed this physical contact. He hadn't been held like this since his mother was mostly lucid.

Spencer knew the stats about the benefits of physical contact and knew that he was in dire need of it. He cradled her to him and closed his eyes.
