Kate had anticipated hearing something from Reid, but she had to give him credit; she hadn't actually expected him to come to her. After their super-awkward conversation this morning over coffee, she wasn't sure how they were going to get past the discomfort caused by the glitch.

It didn't help that she'd kind of gotten used to sleeping next to someone again. But she wasn't even going to think about that. With a heavy sigh, she opened the door, offering Reid a shy smile.
