"There's a chance that they didn't bring you straight to the city," Martha hypothesised, since the alternative was too horrible to consider. "Maybe they let you carry the baby to term before sending you here. If they've got the technology to kidnap us in the first place, they've probably got the technology to interfere with our memories."
