Stefan translates her words with ease. River's broken, almost disconnected way of speaking is pretty tangible to him, most of the time. If he can't understand what she's saying directly, he can at least pick up on the general gist of things. There are, however, moments where he has no utter clue what she's trying to express, but now's not one of those times. Her words are clear, as are their meaning.
