Rose can hear the distant 'ding' sound of the elevator from where she is and heads off towards it, determined to get there before the doors close. She's still in unbearable pain which only serves to slow down her movements but not by much.

She reaches the hallway where the elevator is and sprints down to the end just as the doors shut. Snarling again, she bangs on the metal, scrambling to get the doors open by prising them apart.
