Agreed.

Kaylee doesn't really have an emotional experiences limit, though it saddens her to see people she cares about not doing so hot. So she's happy to see Dean's doing pretty good considering what he just let out into the open.

Especially since he's snuck in that kiss. Well, two can play at that and she kisses back a bit longer before pulling away.
