He wants, quite badly, to remind her that they won't remember anything of this place when they go home, that she's picked up her life right where it left off and all of them are there with her, but he refrains. He spent too much time telling DG that, and now he regrets it.

Instead he smiles, and nods, reaching out to touch her had consolingly.
