Four - [Location: Laundromat] - Wistful

So now that Billy's free, he's gone back to skulking in the Sanctuary, building his freeze ray. However, after his last encounter with actual people, his freeze ray is now a broken, ashy pile of remains that he stuffed in the corner of his room. And now that he's back to square one, he's tired of being stuck in the same room all day.

Today, he's ventured out into the real world, or whatever one would call Taxon, and he's found his laundromat.

That's where people can find him, whether they're actually aiming to wash clothes or they're just curious as to why there's a laundromat in the middle of Taxon. Billy's not doing anything special, he's just sitting on one of the washing machines, staring rather forlornly out the window with a plastic container of frozen yogurt in his hands.

He also might be singing to himself, which the tablet might be recording on the voice function.
