[Visual] Who let the dogs out? Oh god, did I really just use that as a title? I did. God help me.
After Cassie's Halloween night adventures, she'd just barely made it home in one piece. There was a trail of clothes leading from the front door up to Cassie's bedroom, where the slasher slayer had passed out on top of the covers. Just over fourteen hours later, the demon dog made his way home to check up on Cassie and found her like that. It confused Pooch on how falling asleep in lacy undergarments can be comfortable, but he doesn't wake Cassie to question her.
On the floor by her bed, Cassie's tablet sat where she'd dropped it, the screen black. Pooch was ever so curious about the tablets. They had nothing of the sort in Nef and Pooch had had very little chances to learn about them more with the No Longer Hated Cassie Hack's tablet attached to her wrist. But now that it was separated from the occasionally belligerent Cassie, Pooch had his chance. Lowering his head, Pooch did his best to grab the tablet and lift it onto one of the lighted stairs that made of the base of Cassie's bed. Pooch pawed at the tablet, turning on the visual function. He did not intend for that, but it was a happy coincidence.
He cleared his throat, giving his best smile. "Greetings, known and unknown citizens of the city of Taxon. I am the most loyal Pooch. The No Longer Hated Cassandra Hack appears to be in a deep sleep, so Pooch can control her tablet device. My tale is one of deceit, pain, and my mother, a lowbeast, exploding in messy fashion to give birth to Pooch. But Pooch wishes to know more of Taxon's citizens. So, tell humble Pooch of your life story." And then he grows quiet, looking at the screen in a 'okay, your turn' sort of way. Not unlike the Buffybot had.
((ooc: This will be a predominately Pooch post. Cassie will pop up every once in a while when she wakes up.))

Men should be like Kleenex: soft, strong, and disposable. True fact."So considerate of you." Eric arched one right back at Cassie. In what possible world does she think she can out-arch him? Seriously. "Never mind that this is really the first time I've ever told you to do. But you will do it."
Eric was a vampire who was used to people following his orders, and it showed when he answered Cassie. Your shit will not fly, and the sooner you understand that, the sooner you can get back to your regularly schedule programming.
[visual]
Trufax, indeed."Just in case you forget," Cassie nodded.
"You can't make me eat, Scooter. Aside from you showing up and forcing me to chew, you can't do anything. I will eat when I am hungry," Cassie said, enunciating the last sentence as if he was a three year old.
[visual]
"Where would I be without you." Sarcasm, get.
Eric looked ridiculously smug as he steepled his fingers. "Actually, I could if I came over there. Glamouring does come in very useful at such times."
Re: [visual]
"Probably a lot happier," Cassie muttered under her breath as she turned to pick up the big, wadded ball of sheets.
Cassie stopped when he mentioned glamouring. She straightened, muscles screaming in opposition to the pain. "Isn't that, like, the vampire version of hypnotizing?" Cassie asked, glancing over at the tablet.
"You can do that?" Uh-oh.
[visual]
"Without my favorite bloodbag?" Eric shook his head disapprovingly. Damn, Cassie, have you once again forgotten about that fantastic vampire hearing?
"On the nose," he answered with a smirk. He so much enjoyed provoking this kind of reaction. "And yes."
[visual]
"Oh, shut up," Cassie said, her cheeks flushing. Damn his vampire hearing.
No, a small shiver of fear did not creep up Cassie's spine. "You can do it to someone you're bonded with?" Cassie asked, frowning.
This just spells bad news bears. Cassie might actually want to stay away from Eric if that's possible.
[visual]
"Make me," he taunted back.
Eric watched her carefully as he answered. "I can do it to almost everyone, bond notwithstanding. Harder to do it with those of the supernatural persuasion, but." He shrugged. Aw, Cassie. You think Eric will glamour your tiny mind? Hee.
[visual]
"I have to go," Cassie said, an emotionless, at least to most people, look on her face and she crossed over to the tablet, turning it off.

Unless we suddenly moved into Soviet Taxon. Which I'm pretty sure we haven't. So he immediately sent a text - he was a fast texter.
I know you didn't just cut me off.

[Cassie is most unnerved the the emoticon, Eric.]
[text]
Somehow, I was able to intuit that on my own._

[She'll just have to imagine how he looks. Shouldn't be too much trouble.]

[What with the overly detailed
palm-bitingdreams.][text]
[Unf. Dem dreams. Overly detailed, but not sure if they're accurate, though.]

I can't do it over the tablet, obviously._

Perhaps you would have learned if you hadn't hung up on me._

[And yes, that is all the response you get to that. Because really, Cassie? Really?]
