There were no explosions as an after party this time, however, which was a downright shame, but he wasn't in the mood to set anything up to keep with tradition.

Besides, he was escorting the lovely Astrid, and he wouldn't want to tarnish his reputation that he's built up with her. "Enjoy yourself!" he tells her with a flourish of a hand. "There's plenty of good people to meet for the social butterflies."
