"Now, I take you home. And... well, I suppose I should give you a tour," Levi replies. Of course, this means letting go of Shane. So, he does, but he stays close. Right now, every bit of Levi is focused on keeping Shane safe, especially when he doesn't know when or where Snape could show up. He also really doesn't want to not be touching Shane when he can be, now, so he rests a hand lightly on the back of Shane's neck, stroking it every so often with his thumb.

"I was lucky enough to bring the mansion along with me. It's not far from here," Levi tells Shane, glancing around the Sanctuary.
