Yep. He means Buffy. It's a long running joke. He'll gladly explain it if Enfys asks. Also, her reply makes him snort, and reminds him of Faith. There's a chick who makes awesome decisions.

"Yeah, don't I know it," Dean replies, and of course he's lying, he knows she knows it. "Thought there was only supposed to be like, one of you per generation."
