I - [Holo]
John was quite certain that this was not his hotel room. It didn't look like a hotel room. It looked like... it looked like one of the medical suites at the New York field office. Only more high tech, like a sci-fi movie. He was laying on the floor. This was not good.
He sat up and groaned, his hand going to his eyes as they closed. He had been drinking, yes. But not enough to warrant this level of hallucination. After a few minutes, he opened his eyes again. No, nothing had changed. This was not his room.
This was not good.
He managed to get himself to his feet and look around. It still looked a little like one of the medical suites, but something was off. The bracelet on his wrist was new. The weird pedestal was new. And the thing on it, also new.
He picked up the tablet and managed to notice it was activated while he was pressing buttons. The camera turned on and showed him looking a bit hung over and very confused. "Well, this isn't a bar. And it isn't a church. It's not my hotel. And it's not the field office. So where am I? What is this thing and why can't I make it work?"

He raises a finger, "And before you ask, no, don't know how you got here. Just that you're here now and we're stuck until we figure a way out."

He gestures with a hand, "What I have figured out is there are these..." he gestures in the shape of the replicator machines, "...vending machine things that give ya almost everything ya need."

"Well, well, well. Look at who's shown up now."

Had she made any kind of peace with what was going on, she'd have been kinder to him, but fear got in the way.

At that moment Al popped into sight on her shoulder and meowed a loud greeting to John. "I'm also pretty sure they don't send your cats with you."

She looked around her apartment. "Even if I believed in Hell, it wouldn't be this. I've simply not been naughty enough to be stuck in Hell with random FBI agents and Welsh conspiracy theorists. Not even if we count our little interlude."

"By in person, I assume you mean me?"

None of that stopped her from slipping on a pair of shoes. "I'll be right there. Don't wander off or talk to strangers. They might eat you."
There, her small moment of revenge was taken.
