She can't help but smile back at him. She never has been able to do anything but smile back at him. The little breather is nice. It does let them hold onto the moment for a little while longer. She laughs softly, turning her face to kiss him then tilting her head to kiss his jaw.

These little moments are worth all the crying and worrying she does the rest of the time. At least as far as Rose is concerned. She'd walk through fire for one of these moments with him.

"Doctor," she smiles, putting another kiss just underneath his jaw. She's still got him wrapped up tight against her, unwilling to let any space come between them for the moment.
