The communications system flickers on and displays a man wearing a drab, dusty taglemust but with a recognizable sword buckled at his hip. After a moment of surprise, he skims over a few notes on his tablet before unveiling his face to speak: "My alternate has left notes for me to read, but I would prefer a more reliable source of information."

Godric arrives in promptly an hour, sitting down at the cafe. He orders a bowl of fruit and a water, which should be the first indication that something is very different from normal.

Yeah, Casey's big on polite small talk - not.

Casey shrugs. He's in a small chamber (the former master of the armory's room at the palace), with a lit cigar in his hand. Yes, he shocked himself to get them. Some things are worth a little pain in acquiring.
"So, have you been debriefed as to what went down?"
[Visual]
"I've had the civilian version, which runs to, 'The Master had a bad day and he hurt people, but it's fine now'," he says, not particularly pleased by the lack of reliable information.

"Sounds about right. I'll fill in what I can. Bear in mind that I haven't been in Taxon for long so I'm not up on everyone's names but..."
He launches into a pretty detailed account of the events leading up to and including the rescue - from the Extras acting strange and turning violent to the Master's defeat and the recovery of the victims he'd abducted. Casey's no stranger to giving a verbal report and sticks to the facts as he knows them, keeping editorializing to a minimum. If it's just hearsay, he points it out.
"That's about it, more or less. This kinda thing happen often?"

"What did you do on your homeworld and what do you find yourself doing here?"
