I realy hate these bludy hamsturs.

Then, some five minutes later:

Rly shudnt txt wen drubk.

Although you can't see it, Rose is steadily making her way through a bottle of scotch. Her cravings have gotten worse and she needs blood. Rose had satisfied herself with hunting animals in the forest but recently, it wasn't enough. She could feel herself being weaker without human blood and Rose was worried that she wouldn't be as strong as she was without it.

Hence the reason why she sent this next text:

Plz tel me u hav spare blud packs. Cravins r bd.

[it appeared to rose that maybe he didn't want to say exactly how he was doing but maybe she could get it out of him when he arrived. it was a little frustrating at times, but that's how he worked and she just had to live with that.

when Damon arrives, she greets him with a smile, not at all surprised that he didn't knock. rose closes the door behind her before turning her attention back to him.]

Thanks for coming.

[ damon's allergic to emotional honesty when he's not feeling particularly self-destructive. it's a thing. ]

Not-- a problem.

[ his english is halting. ]

Speak in another language if it's easier.

[then she plops down on the couch again, draining the rest of her glass. rose has pretty much lost count on how much she's had.]

You speak fluent French? Or Italian.

[ he quirks an eyebrow at the booze but says nothing; instead he pulls out a blood bag and tosses it to her, gently. ] Eat.

I remember some of it. Enough to get me by. [she smiles.] Never stayed in the one place for a very long time.

[she sets the glass down on the coffee table before unscrewing the top of the blood bag and placing the straw into her mouth. don't mind her Damon, she's just going to concentrate on drinking this for now.]

[ with a measuring look, damon slips into french. ] They were my first languages. Father took our heritage very seriously, and he didn't care what Mère taught us as long as we upheld his Salvatore traditions.

[ he shrugs, vaguely uncomfortable. ] This glitch is ridiculous.

You never told me that before. [she replies in english. rose realises that he just divulged something really personal to her. she didn't know a lot about his family.]

[and at that she nods.] It really is.

[ he just shrugs, but other than drinking with max damon hasn't told anyone that before. his past isn't something he shares openly or easily. ]

Stupid hamsters. [ and back to english, for the moment. ]

[her own life was almost an open book, sharing little tidbits of information about herself. but there was a lot that people didn't know about rose or what she had experienced.]

If I ever met one, I'd rip it's head off. [she says without hesitation, finishing off the blood bag.]
