009 [Holo/Location: Central] And the conclusion...
O'Neill had finally finished the Stargate. While he had the knowledge to save himself. What was more important to him was and always is, getting out. He can't stand to be trapped even if it's nice accommodations. Let's not even go into his P.O.W. memories. But being who he is, he's more concerned with getting everyone else out.
By the time the Stargate is finished he is having trouble keeping steady on his feet and he does not look good at all. He makes it over to the DHD to begin dial. First, he attempted Earth's address. The chevrons lit up and almost looked like it was going to open a wormhole... only to fizle back out with a disappointing 'vrrroooooooop.' Jack slammed his fist against the DHD, "Astria purgamentum!"
He rubs a hands over his face with a groan. He tries a different address, this one too does not connect, "Oh, pro fletus sicco durus!"
As it is called for, he kicks the DHD, "Operis!"
After that though, he nearly collapsed to the ground. He uses the DHD as support to keep himself from falling to the ground. That does little to support him when he loses consciousness shortly after.
