004: [location: Stackhouse residence] & accidental [visual]

Sookie awakens with a gasp. It's not your mediocre strength 'just saw a really big spider' gasp either-- it's a full-on ragged intake of breath that rocks her entire body as she bolts upright in bed, clutching the sheets to her chest. For almost a full thirty seconds she looks around her room, at the moonlight filtering in through her window and believes she's at home again, in Bon Temps. It's only when she lifts a tremulous hand to her eye and finds it unbruised that she remembers where she is. Taxon. Of course. But if she's in Taxon, then...

"What the fuck was that?"

[ooc: canon bumping Sookie to the end of the Season One finale!]

Godric isn't actually that much better with people skills, he's just not stalking Sookie. I mean.

"No need to apologize. May I ask what it was about?" That hadn't seemed like a typical nightmare.

Sookie, we're going to have to have a talk about you believing things Eric says. You know, after he tricks you into drinking his blood.

"And something bad was happening in Bon Temps?" Godric didn't know about the canon-updating dreams, so his best guess at this point was that Sookie was having awful anxiety dreams about what was happening back home. Not unheard of for someone who'd been abducted.
